With more than 20 years of dedication to delivering talent solutions excellence, he oversees the strategic execution of best practices in talent acquisition and engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from PSG College of Technology and earned his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Vishnu’s visionary leadership was nationally recognized when he was named a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the New England region. His drive for innovation continues to propel GTT’s growth, helping it serve Fortune 500 clients and expand its impact across diverse industries.

Charles Totemoff
Charles W. Totemoff serves as Chairman of the Board at GTT, a role he assumed following Chenega Corporation’s majority acquisition of the company. A respected business leader and Alaska Native advocate, Mr. Totemoff brings decades of executive experience and a deep commitment to economic empowerment in underserved communities. Raised in the village of Chenega, Mr. Totemoff’s life and leadership have been shaped by resilience and service. He was elected to the Chenega Corporation Board of Directors in 1983 and has served as its Chairman, President, and CEO since 1988. Under his guidance, Chenega has grown into one of the most successful Alaska Native corporations. Mr. Totemoff is also Chairman of the Chenega IRA Council, a federally recognized tribal government. He serves on the boards of the Alaska Native Village Corporation Association and the Native American Contractors Association, advocating for Native rights and sustainable economic development. He holds a B.A. in Organizational Management, a Certificate in Professional Management (Accounting & Finance), and an M.B.A. from Alaska Pacific University.

Peter Nosek
Peter Nosek serves as Chief Legal Officer at GTT. He plays a key role in shaping and upholding the company’s legal, ethical, and compliance standards. Peter brings over two decades of legal experience, including more than 20 years with GTT’s parent company, Chenega Corporation, where he has served since 2003. His leadership ensures that GTT operates with integrity, transparency, and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance. He holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University.

Caleigh Adler
Caleigh Adler serves as GTT’s VP of Talent Engagement, bringing over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning within the staffing industry. She leads the development and execution of recruitment strategies, builds high performing recruiting teams, and has successfully scaled talent acquisition functions to support fast-paced, high-growth environments. Caleigh is passionate about leveraging recruitment as a driver for business success and creating impactful candidate and client experiences. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire.

Julianne Howard is the Head of Strategic Partnerships at GTT, a leading provider in the contingent labor and staff augmentation industry. With a career spanning over 15 years, Julianne has been instrumental in building award-winning partnerships with the industry’s largest Managed Service Providers (MSPs), driving scalable workforce solutions for over 100 Fortune-ranked clients.
A recognized leader in workforce strategy, Julianne has designed and launched comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Sustainability initiatives, positioning GTT as a forward-thinking partner in today’s evolving talent landscape. Julianne holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Management & Society, bringing a balanced perspective of business strategy and human impact to her work. She currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her dog Luna and enjoys traveling and spending time in the North Carolina mountains with her family.

Chris Watson
Chris Watson serves as the Chief Sales Officer at GTT, bringing over 24 years of experience in technical staffing, cloud-based technology solutions, and professional services. Since joining GTT’s Leadership Team in 2021, Chris has led the company’s strategic growth initiatives, with a focus on expanding the enterprise client portfolio and driving net-new customer acquisition. Chris plays a pivotal role in shaping GTT’s end-to-end service offerings, with the goal of delivering a unified channel for capitalized project execution. His cross-functional expertise spans technical staffing, SaaS solution sales, and complex services delivery—enabling him to architect innovative, scalable solutions that align with clients’ evolving needs. He is a recognized leader in the development and execution of Statement of Work (SOW) programs, including time & materials, milestone-based, and outcome-based models. His areas of specialization also include direct sourcing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), total talent management (TTM), and Employer of Record (EOR) services.

Andrea Weber serves as the Director of Human Resources and Compliance at GTT, where she leads the development and execution of HR strategy, compliance frameworks, and employee relations across the organization. With nearly two decades of experience in the staffing industry, Andrea brings a pragmatic and empathetic approach to leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and results. Known for her ability to transform ambiguous challenges into strategic opportunities, Andrea partners closely with executive leadership to align talent solutions with business objectives. She is passionate about building scalable people operations, coaching emerging leaders, and championing equitable workplace practices.
