Siena Caruso

Siena Caruso is Chief Legal Officer at Chenega, where she leads the company’s legal strategy in support of its business objectives, regulatory obligations, and shareholder interests. She serves as a strategic advisor to Chenega’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors and oversees a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation, federal contracting, Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Siena also serves as Chair of Chenega’s AI Governance Committee. She holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, specializing in Corporate Governance and Entrepreneurship, and currently serves as a Board Director and Treasurer of the Girl Scouts of Alaska and Co-Chair of the Corporate Counsel Section of the Alaska Bar Association.
