Stefan Saka serves as the Director of Operations at Global Technical Talent (GTT), where he leads operational strategy, process optimization, and the implementation of data‑driven recruiting infrastructure. Since joining GTT in 2014, Stefan has held progressive leadership roles—including Recruitment Process Analyst and Operations Manager—before stepping into his current position in January 2021. Throughout his tenure, Stefan has played a pivotal role in enhancing GTT’s operational excellence. He led major initiatives such as deploying new recruiting technologies and developing robust, analytics‑focused methodologies that strengthen talent engagement and elevate service delivery. With more than a decade of experience at GTT, Stefan is dedicated to building scalable processes, eliminating friction points, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
