Julianne Howard is the Head of Strategic Partnerships at GTT, a leading provider in the contingent labor and staff augmentation industry. With a career spanning over 15 years, Julianne has been instrumental in building award-winning partnerships with the industry’s largest Managed Service Providers (MSPs), driving scalable workforce solutions for over 100 Fortune-ranked clients. A recognized leader in workforce strategy, Julianne has designed and launched comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Sustainability initiatives, positioning GTT as a forward-thinking partner in today’s evolving talent landscape. Julianne holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Management & Society, bringing a balanced perspective of business strategy and human impact to her work. She currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her dog Luna and enjoys traveling and spending time in the North Carolina mountains with her family.
