He currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Global Technical Talent (GTT), where he oversees financial strategy, operational performance, and cross-functional business processes. Jon has over 12 years’ experience leading team growth and building scalable accounting, finance, and operational functions to support organizational growth in the staffing industry.
He is known for his hands-on leadership style, analytical rigor, and focus on continuous process improvement. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
