Jennifer Girouard

Jen Girouard is the Talent Engagement Director at GTT.  With more than 16 years at GTT, Jen plays a key role in building and sustaining long-term partnerships with Fortune 500 clients while leading talent engagement strategies across diverse industries and geographies. Jen brings deep expertise in staffing, total talent solutions, workforce engagement, and relationship management. She manages a team of recruiters and has supported enterprise clients across 38 U.S. states, delivering high-impact talent solutions for organizations in financial services, life sciences, technology, aerospace, energy, and the public sector. Jen holds an MBA in Marketing from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College. Jen is passionate about fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces and is proud to be part of a Native American–owned organization that prioritizes diversity, growth, and community impact.
