Vishnu was recognized by Ernst & Young as a finalist for the 2015 Entrepreneur of the year award. He has been with the company for 16 years and his continued dedication for excellence falls true in GTT’s strategy and execution of its Recruiting Best Practices. Vishnu’s innovative and authentic approach is a very important ingredient in the success of Global Technical Talent. He started his career as a Technical Recruiter and has over the years been responsible for placing thousands of IT professionals in Senior level positions. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from PSG College of Technology, India. He has also attended several executive management programs at Harvard University.
Rajiv Jaganathan joined Global Technical Talent in 2008 and has held various leadership positions in client relationship management, business development, and in driving customer-centric staffing solutions. As Executive VP of GTT, Rajiv plays a key role in creating and aggressively driving customer-centric growth strategies. Rajiv started his career with grass root level experience in engineering and marketing and has previously held many customer facing management positions in IT consulting, Human Capital management, and Outsourcing industries, working for Keane, Inc. and other multinational corporations. With over a decade of experience in the IT and Business process consulting industry, Rajiv has worked and lived in various geographies. He is also trained in project management and holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering; and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
Phil has over 23 years of experience in the staffing and consulting industries, and his experience ranges from founding and starting new companies to working for billion-dollar corporations. His far-reaching expertise covers staffing, project management, consulting, recruiting, business operations, executive pursuits, contingency, staff augmentation, project solutions, and training. Certified as a personnel consultant both nationally and internationally, Phil holds the designation of CPC and CIPC, and has been an active member of both state and national associations of personnel consultants (NHAPC, MAPC, and NAPC), conducting trainings for the state certification exams. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
Jessica Calhoun comes to GTT with twenty years of accounting and finance experience. She has worked in various industries and has been involved the operations, human resource and finance. She currently manages the Finance and Human Resources Teams and during this time she helped create new processes and procedures, reduce cost, increase profit, and been a key contributor to the management team. She has a B.S. Degree from SNHU in Finance and Economics and a M.S. Degree from SNHU in Accounting.
Melis Dural graduated with Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University with a double major in Communications and Business, followed by a MBA from Babson College. She attended school in Switzerland and has a passion for world travel, speaking several languages including French and Turkish. She started her career as a technical recruiter placing several hundred IT professional in distinguished positions. She has a deep understanding of the staffing and recruiting world with a passion for creating value for her clients. Since joining GTT, she has expanded her portfolio to include the retail, healthcare, and banking industries, with extensive success in supporting multiple large enterprise clients. She is a two times Boston Marathon runner in support of her client Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital as part of Spaulding's Race for Rehab team. The team raised over $400,000 for Spaulding.
Marcia has been actively engaged in the staffing industry since 1985. Marcia started her staffing career at Office Specialists, which was later sold to Randstad. She remained at Randstad for 12 years before moving to the IT staffing firm, the Eliassen Group, for an additional 12 years. Marcia is an avid tennis player, who lives in Massachusetts with her husband, daughter and Labradoodle. Marcia received her Bachelor’s in Business and Economics from St. Anselm College.
Joe began his career at one of the Top 5 Computer /IT/ Software recruiting firms in the Boston Area, MAS-New Hampshire. Joe was promoted three times in his first five years. In 2002, Joe became a partner at First Pacific Ventures, spending three years recruiting and raising funds for early stage technology companies. In 2004 and 2005, Joe raised 25 million through membership sales at Private Retreats, assisting in the launch of the destination club Industry, which became a division of Abercrombie and Kent. Joe returned to recruiting in 2007 and spent 2 years at Lynx Inc. as a Senior IT Recruiter. After serving as the Director of IT staffing for 2 years at Armstrong Franklin, Joe came to GTT in 2012. Joe attended the University of New Hampshire and studied Business Administration and English.
Lynn comes to GTT with over 20 years of IT staffing industry experience. Lynn brings invaluable operational knowledge coupled with an unwavering passion, making her one of the best in the industry. She boasts a successful career of working as a Business Market Manager for both start-ups and global organizations. Lynn is tenacious at expanding into new territories while managing large enterprise accounts including several Fortune 500 clients. Consultative in her approach, Lynn partners with her clients to develop best practices as it relates to staffing strategies including branding and retention programs. Lynn received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Plymouth State University and has since contributed to the staffing industry.
Stefan joined Global Technical Talent as our team’s first dedicated process analyst several years ago, coming from a background of operational management at one of Portsmouth’s landmark retail establishments. A strong believer in the daily importance of mindfulness and right action, his attention to detail, resolve, and commitment to thinking win-win has helped accelerate GTT’s adoption and implementation of new recruiting tools and a robust data-driven approach to our services. Stefan attended the University of New Hampshire, where he studied English and Communications.
The TechServe Alliance Certification Program recognizes mastery of industry best practices as well as knowledge of employment law and other legal issues encountered by account executives and recruiters in the professional staffing industry. It is the only professional certification program in the U.S. that focuses on recruiting and sales practices relating to technical staffing. The credential is awarded based upon strict adherence to a professional code of ethics, education, experience and passing a rigorous examination that provides an objective measure of an individual's broad-based knowledge and competency in either recruiting or account management. Ongoing professional development is required in order to maintain the credential.
